• County and State COVID guidelines will be followed. Hawthorne will be in compliance by providing the below prudent steps to maintain social distancing standards.
• Aircraft will be spaced farther apart to aid in social distancing protocols.
  
• Box lunches will be provided by Elevations. A distribution and seating plan are in place to comply with social distancing standards.
  
• Since late March, Hawthorne Aviation Services has been providing additional sanitizing of all of the airport facilities. Throughout the day, the facility is thoroughly sanitized as well as a nightly cleaning provided by a 3rd party janitorial company.  The janitorial company will be on-site during the event to assist with additional sanitizing throughout the day.
  
• Disposable masks will be provided, but not required.  
• Parking will be provided in the newly expanded parking area next to the FBO, as well as the parking lot located at the entrance as you pull onto Cessna Lane. Transportation will be provided from the Cessna lane lot with all social distancing requirements in force.
